Missed or Lost Packages

- Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control.
- If a package is lost while in transit, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier and replace the order for the customer.
- Suppose a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but goes missing afterward. In that case, this is considered outside of our responsibility, as we cannot control what happens after delivery has been completed.
