Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns or exchanges requested after 30 days are not eligible unless otherwise covered under our warranty policy or approved under special circumstances.

How to Start a Return or Exchange (Mail-In Process)

We currently accept returns and exchanges by mail only.

Return & Exchange Steps

  1. Email us at shop@workmenboots.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange request.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label for eligible first-time returns.
  3. Pack the product securely inside a shipping box. Please do not place tape directly on the boot box.
  4. Ship the item back using the provided label.
  5. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping cost for the first eligible return or exchange request if:

  • There is an issue with the order, or
  • The customer is not satisfied with the product.

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

If a second return or exchange request is made for the same order, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Unworn and unused
  • Free of dirt, creases, damage, or visible signs of wear
  • Packed securely inside a shipping box
  • Returned with all included accessories, inserts, and tags (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund where permitted by law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used or work-worn footwear
  • Gift cards
  • Socks or insoles
  • Custom or personalized products

Refund Policy

Yes, we offer refunds on eligible returned items.

Refund Process

  1. Customer submits a return request by email.
  2. The item is shipped back to us.
  3. The returned item is inspected upon arrival.
  4. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Depending on your financial institution, funds may appear in your account within approximately 5 business days.

Returns approved after the 30-day return window may be eligible for store credit only.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged shipment.

Exchange Processing Timeline

All exchange requests are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

While we aim to process exchanges the same day whenever possible, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing before the replacement order is shipped.

Customers will receive tracking information once the exchanged item has been shipped.

Note: Exchange timelines may vary depending on shipping distance and carrier transit times.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
  • We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier when necessary.
  • Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit.

Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality of our footwear.

6-Month Limited Warranty

Our 6-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or misuse
  • Accidental damage
  • Cosmetic damage caused by regular use

30-Day Comfort Guarantee

If your boots cause discomfort within 30 days of delivery, you may contact us for a return evaluation under our comfort guarantee program.

Customers should keep proof of purchase to verify warranty eligibility.

Order Cancellations

If your order is cancelled after confirmation:

  • You will be notified by email.
  • Any applicable refund will be processed promptly to the original payment method.

Changing Delivery Address

You may request a delivery address update before the order has shipped by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
